Welcome to Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio! – the home of mindfulness-packed yoga quests in Oakmont, PA. Housed in a spacious 700+ square foot reimagined garage studio, our inviting space boasts soft Sorbus foam core flooring, in-floor heating for cooler months, cozy lighting, sunny windows, air conditioning/heating, full insulation, soothing scents, and themed sounds to spark every child’s imagination. All classes weave through the realms of Namastoria, guided by the land’s various Quest Pets!
At Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio!, we invite children ages 5-19 years old to embark on a transformative journey through the magical world of Namastoria. Yoga isn’t just movement; it’s a gateway to growth, balance, and calm; and we’re here to make it an enjoyable and magical adventure!
- We supply yoga mats and blocks for all classes, creating an inclusive and welcoming haven for exploration.
- Quest Packs are included Free with each membership, as an exciting enhancement to your child’s adventure!

- Immersive Quest Pet Adventures for 5-14 year olds: Each class unfolds with themed stories and games featuring Quest Pets from realms like Coralith Cay and Mistmoor Mountain, sparking creativity and joy in every pose, while teaching mindfulness and helping kids overcome anxiety and stress through purposeful movement.
- Original format, games, flows, characters, realms, stories and concepts**.
- Tailored and designed specifically for youth of all ages: From Kindergarteners to older teens, our classes are crafted to inspire calming joy in every stage of childhood. Ages 5-19 years old!
- Exclusive Keepsakes: Kids earn Quest Pet collectible plushies! Each New Realm introduces 8-9 UNIQUE Quest Pets! Quest Pets are tangible, portable calmness companions that add a layer of connection to your child’s inner yoga quest. Quest Pets are tied to the yoga chakras, and each share their yoga pose, mantra, and breathing technique - adapted for each age group. DROP OFF SAFETY POLICY
Welcome to a Safe and Fun Adventure!
We’re thrilled to have your child join the Namastoria magic at Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio!
- For a smooth and focused experience, we invite parents to walk their child in at drop off — feel free to say a quick goodbye and hand them over to our care.
- To ensure a distraction-free environment, we kindly ask that parents not remain inside during class.
- For safety, please stay within a 10-minute reach of the studio during the session, so we can connect with you if needed.
- PARKING is available on our driveway or on the street; Please, NO PARKING in the adjacent Oakmont Harbor lot. Those spaces are for Oakmont Harbor residents and guests.

Liability Waivers are required for each child to participate in class and can be e-signed when booking your child’s spot! Updated yearly.
* Please Note: While we don’t have a public restroom, a private one is available for the kids during sessions.

Studio Hours:
• We are not open to the public.
• Open from 15 min prior to the start of class through 15 min after class ends, for registered Quest Friends only; by appointment otherwise.
• Follow us for updates on sample classes in Coralith Cay through Aug 23 & fall packages in Mistmoor Mountain or Winterwood Glade starting in Sept! Enrollment isOpen!
