Quest Friend Adventures: 8–Week Yoga Quest Packages for Ages 5-14
Step into the Quest Friend Adventure at Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio! – our signature 8-week adventure packages for kindergarten through 8th grade (ages 5-14). Grouped by age (K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-8th), these 40 to 60-minute classes transform yoga into epic friendship journeys through themed realms!
Full 8-week adventures begin 9/7 in Mistmoor Mountain (monster Quest Pets), Sept 8 - Nov 1)!
Then Winterwood Glade (forest creature Quest Pets with optional holiday hats/scarves, Nov 10 - Jan 7, 2026)!
Each all-inclusive 8-week package explores the seven chakras with playful poses, storytelling, games, breath work, and journaling, helping kids build strength, focus, and emotional balance. In our cozy 700+ square foot heated/air conditioned studio – complete with soft, foamcoreSorbus flooring, in-floor heating for chilly months, warm lighting, soothing scents, and sounds – we provide yoga mats and blocks for a seamless experience. Private restroom available for kids. Enrollees get a Quest Pack: drawstring bag, coil wristband keychain for quest pets, journal, colored pencils with sharpener, folder with pocketed sticker storage sheet, and a pair of non-slip, grippy yoga socks!
How the All-Inclusive Quest Unfolds: Week by Week
Quest Friend Adventures are progressive 8-week yoga adventure packages tied to chakras, with kids earning Mystic Chakra Quest Pets (3-inch keychain plushies) as rewards – 9 per realm!
• Weeks 1-7: Chakra Exploration: Focus on one chakra weekly (Root to Crown). Classes include warm-up poses, a storytelling yoga flow featuring the week’s pet, games, breath work, and journaling. Earn a realm-themed Mystic Chakra Quest Pet each class!
• Week 8: Epic Integration: Tie it all together in a full-chakra sequence. Create full body yoga flow sequences inspired by the poses learned throughout the course. Receive the 8th Master All-Chakra Quest Pet – the master pet!
