Never. The $25 Starter Adventure is completely standalone. If it's not the right fit, there's nothing else you need to do. (Though we've never had a kid who didn't want to come back.) 

Yes, every single class. Your child chooses one collectible plush Quest Pet each time they attend. There are 6-10 unique pets per realm — so there's always something new to discover and collect. 

Make-up classes are included with membership. Book any available time through the app — no prior approval needed. Flexibility is built in. 

Classes are designed for children in grades K–6, roughly ages 5–12. Small class sizes mean every child is seen and supported at their own level. 

Yes! Classes run Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5pm and 6:30pm. Many families come the same day and time each week, but you can choose any available slot. 

Absolutely. Membership is month-to-month and billed automatically. Pause or cancel anytime through our booking app, PunchPass. No hoops, no penalties.
